What prices will Saizan's Travel beat?
Saizan's Travel will beat any all inclusive resort package quote to the Caribbean or Mexico that is genuine and written quote from a United States IATA/ARC registered businesses such as:
- Other Travel Agency* (see exclusions below)
- Direct Supplier Website Bookings** (see exclusions below)
And is valid for travel departing from and returning to the United States only.
The Best Price Guarantee does not include rates offered on membership programs, corporate discounts or rates, group charter or rewards programs. Promotional packages, deals or bundles that may include additional amenities such as parking, meals or entertainment are not eligible.
The Price Beat Guarantee is only available prior to purchasing a all inclusive resort package to the Caribbean or Mexico from Saizan's Travel. Following the purchase (making a booking and/or payment of a deposit) you are not entitled to the Best Price Guarantee if a cheaper quote is presented following the booking or travel departure.
The Price Beat Guarantee does not apply to car rentals.
The Best Price Guarantee only applies to base cost and not taxes and fees for a package. In addition the lower quoted airfare in a package may not include web site service, booking, processing, shipping, paper-ticket or other fees not collected on the airline ticket.
Will Saizan's Travel accept a verbal quote?
No. The quote must be in writing from the orginal travel agency or supplier. The quote is subject to verification by Saizan's Travel.
What does "available" mean?
Available means that the other agent's or operator's quote is current, genuine and available to be booked at the time you present it to us. The Best Price Guarantee is available only for exact itinerary matches. This means the specific airline carrier or provider, resort and room category for the exact same dates and times of travel or service and must be available to the general public in the USA. Fares must be compared with like fare restrictions. The Best Price Guarantee is not available for bookings on websites where the carrier, property or similar booking details are unknown until after purchase.
Changes to the Best Guarantee?
Saizan's Travel reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify or discontinue the Best Price Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be advertised on Saizan's Travel All Inclusive Vacations website.
Saizan's Travel will not be liable for the payment of any refunds under the Best Price Guarantee with respect to rates loaded in error by Saizan's Travel or the hotel, airline or tour company or any printing, typographical, administrative or technological errors in any materials relating to in any rates backed by the Best Price Guarantee.
*Travel agency defined as a business selling retail leisure travel within the United States. Online booking companies/online booking engines (where you, the consumer, book your travel online and pay for your travel online) are excluded from the Best Price Guarantee.
**Direct Supplier Websites are defined as the original resort company/supplier or operator. For example, but not limited to, Palace Resorts and AM Resorts. Excluded from the Best Price Guarantee are all Sandals and Beaches resort vacations.
